Founded in 1975 in Amelia, in the province of Terni (Umbria), Amelia 3 has specialised in the distribution of products for bakeries, pastry shops, and food service for over 45 years.
With a consistent focus on quality and customer satisfaction, the company supports over 2,000 clients across central Italy.
In order to expand its product range and meet the needs of a growing customer base, Amelia 3 decided to enhance its warehouse by entrusting ROSSS with the design and construction of a new temperature-controlled facility.

ROSSS met Amelia 3’s needs by designing a highly customised system, installing an Iron Fist pallet rack with a mixed pallet rack and carton flow configuration. To ensure maximum efficiency in delivering, the metal shelving includes dedicated picking levels, making outgoing goods preparation faster and more efficient.
As the facility is located in a cold storage room, the system was engineered to optimise every available space and withstand extreme temperatures, as low as -25°C. ROSSS built a seismic-resistant warehouse covering 650 sqm, accommodating 4,000 pallet positions, and integrating carton flow sections dedicated to picking.
